Relapse prevention program

The Relapse Prevention Program is a 13 week faith-based and non-denominational program which addresses bio-psycho-social-spiritual concepts in recovery.  Each of these problem areas are dealt with on an individual, one-on-one basis.  The program is an in-house course that requires commitment and cooperation on the part of the student.  Enrollment begins two weeks prior to beginning of each session and is limited to 12 students.

No one can fight alone, and we want to come along for the battle to help people overcome their addictions.

Interested in the Program?

It brings us great joy to announce that on May 25th we had seven graduates from our Relapse Prevention (RP) program. This class has been very dear to our hearts and a blessing to know. They have all been awarded with a three month sobriety memento, and are all now ready to rejoin society.

One of our graduates is Mr. Curry Perry; who is an amazing man after God's heart. Curry came to the Rescue Mission specifically for our RP program. He was seeking to keep clean for his son and has learned so much in doing so.

In his own words, "The program gave me the piece I was missing: my relationship with God. When I first got here I felt I was in a tunnel with no light at the end. Now I feel full of hope and gratitude. I had been in so many programs before, but now I know of a program that does work and it doesn't cost anything except for your heart. If you really do this program, it will change your life. "

There are just a few things in life that bring true joy. Surely being a part of the Rescue Mission and the restoration of people's lives is just that. Our RP graduates had the opportunity to be equipped by God to live a sober life because of our faithful staff and donors like you. Please remember our graduates and current students in your prayers as they embark on a new way of living.
