Frank came to El Paso looking for a new start. He grew up in California where he was introduced to drugs and alcohol, but after realizing where his life was headed he began to make changes.
When he came to El Paso, he started to look for housing and for help. Then he found the Rescue Mission. At the Mission he learned that he could enroll in our Relapse Prevention program. This is a faith-based program that helped Frank become more stable and fight his addictions.
Now Frank is a full time employee at the Rescue Mission. You can see him serving meals to our residents, encouraging them, and even encouraging our volunteers. His testimony is truly a story of God intervening in our lives to bring life and hope to those without.
"Praise God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. Because of his great mercy, he has given us new birth into a living hope that lives on."
